Dr. Dare is a certified professional Coach, licensed Human Resource and General Management practitioner. He’s a motivational and public speaker who has facilitated at workshops in some countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and Central America. He has authored 11 books covering different fields of life.

His purpose is making people better than he has met them. No wonder, with his meagre resources he has sponsored the registration of indigent students for General Council Examination and Joint Admission Matriculation Board examinations. He has also helped four indigent polytechnic and university students in their pursuit for knowledge.
He holds Doctor of Business Administration degree from Swiss Management Centre University – Switzerland, MBA from Ambrose Alli University, Nigeria and MA in Theology from All Saints Theological Seminary, among other educational qualifications. He is an alumnus of the Manchester Business School’s Leadership Programme and Lagos Business School’s Human Resource Management programme.

Dare was the Lead Consultant of RDA Consulting International; the immediate past CEO of The Bible Society of Nigeria; he currently serves on the board of some organisations. He was the immediate past Chairman of the West African CEOs Affinity Group and a member of the global HR Advisory Group of the United Bible Societies. Dare is currently the Africa Region Mission Sustainability Champion and an ordained minister. He is married to Grace and they are blessed with children.
